Registration for Spring 5K Training Programs is Now Open
- Four Locations: Essex Jct at Fleet Feet, Colchester at Porters Pt. School, Richmond at Richmond Elementary School, and Shelburne Rec Dept (Levels offered at Colchester and Shelburne will depend on interest)
- Four levels: Walk, Walk/Run, Beginner Run and Experienced Run
- Bi-weekly speakers
- Nobody runs alone. Each group is staffed with coaches and mentors to support you along the journey
- Sponsored by New Balance, which means great incentive prizes along the way.
- 10% Savings at Fleet Feet during the program
Graduation is the Champlain Classic 5K in Shelburne
We start with an orientation on February 14, 15 or 16 (depending on location. Program cost is $80 and includes all of the above along with entry in the race.
