Our No Boundaries Half Marathon Training Program is designed to get you to the start line feeling confident and to the finish line feeling great. Do not worry about your pace, the goal is to maximize your performance by incrementally expanding your comfort zone. For some this is simply completing the distance, while others are focused on improving their PR.
