Fleet Feet Half Marathon Training
Let us help you prepare for your Fall Half Marathon
Geoff, Sue and Stacey will once again lead the way. We will met 3 times per week for group workouts:
Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45 from Fleet Feet for themed workouts, including tempos, hills, track and other fun challenges.
Every Sunday morning we will meet at varying parts of the county for a long run.
