10K Training Program
You did it! You set out to conquer the 5K and you can now run 3 continuous miles.
How about going longer?
10K is your next step. In this program, we use what you learned in No Boundaries, as a foundation.
The 10K is a great distance. It is perfect for experienced 5kers who want to challenge themselves. Our No Boundaries 10K training program is designed for graduates of our No Boundaries 5K program along with experienced 10kers who want to improve their performance. We ask that participants be able to comfortably complete a continuous 3 mile run. The intensity of the workout will be geared toward your goals.
Our coaches and mentors will be there with you the whole way, right through your graduation race. No Boundaries is sponsored by New Balance, so we also have some great incentive rewards along the way.
